Social Anxiety Disorder: Preksha  meditation    therapy -The Very Best Treatment

Such apprehension of social fear  can  lead to a seclusion and claustrophobic attitude even in a large gathering of social friends.  It is noticed that People with this disorder can experience severe damages to their working life too , from lost friendships to  loss of opportunities and   promotions at work that would require constant social interaction.

Though Talking therapies have often  been used along with  antidepressants, but the relief have been only temporary so far .Antidepressants have been  effective, but are  associated with side-effects. besides  they don’t work for some people.More importantly, the beneficial effects of medication  last till the person continues medication and then  the effect of medicines tend to wear off after discontinuation and the anxiety returns .On the other hand, the benefits of preksha meditation  continue after.Relapse can also  be completely ruled out by Preksha Meditation.All my counselees  have been out of social anxiety disorder  without depending  on medication .Indeed Preksha  meditation goes long way.
